Healthy and Tasty - The Magic of Avocado

10' preparing, 15' cooking


Stuffed avocado with eggs, bacon, salami and cheese, Stuffed mushroom with cheese and salami, walnut, tomatoes, lettuce, purple cabbage, mozzarella and russian cheese. All you need is in one plate.

It is your day, don't skip the breakfast to start the day positive. I prepared it for my bf before go for swimming. Gives good healthy energy. Highly recommended! Can change regarding your budget ;)


Ingredients


1/2 Avocado

1 Egg

1 sliced bacon

12 sliced cubic salami (0.5x0.5x0.5 cm)

Parmesan cheese grinded

Soft yellow cheese (russian cheese)

3 small mozarrella cheese

3 cherry tomatoes

2 mushroom

Lettuce leaves

Purple cabbage leaves

Dill

Pomegrade syrup

Garlic powder

Olive oil


Heat the oven (180'C) 15 minutes

Slice avocado by two, get the huge seed out.

Get the mushroom's head and clean.




Add salt and garlic into the avocado and place the bacon as seem in photo. Add the egg and on top add the yellow cheese.


Add the egg yolk after that add the egg whites as much as Avocado gets.


Mushrooms are filled with this order: butter, garlic, salt, salami, mozarella cheese.


Baked in the oven 180'C 10 minutes and grilled for 5 minutes to make the cheese crispy.


Served with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, purple cabbage leaves, walnuts and mozarella cheese added greek olive oil.
