How to be Sad

Everyone has some depressed moments in life. The stress level climbing very successfully, opposite of what you want and everything become out of control, the abuser humans around etc etc... But you are the only one who can clean the depression clouds over you. First step: be sad and accept you are sad.
Get Prepared:

Of course you went shopping and bought irrelevant items.
You should get drunk and have fun with candies.
Halloween products seems nice but you can choose different.
**Please don’t lose your sun glasses; tomorrow morning you will need it.
Remembering tomorrow is a good thing.
What to Wear:

Make a cloth mountain to a best spot in the room.
Change your clothes and don’t tidy.
Whatever you try it will end up pyjama

The keyword is: be comfy. Wear what you actually don’t like to wear. For me I don’t like socks with flip flop. Whatever...
What to eat?
Don't give up eating. Eat chocolate sweat things and nice...
Depending on depression type you should do opposite.
I stop eating so I choose eating the food i like. (If you overeat stop eating start doing sports)
Sushi waffle edamame.

Dance, sing, run
Well done tomorrow is new day and wear your glasses and say "I WILL NOT DRINK AGAIN"
